Eric Greenspan’s collaborative brainchild ñosh I south beach will debut at the Marriott South Beach pop up restaurant to coincide with the South Beach Food and Wine Festival February 21-24, 2013.
ñosh I south beach is a culmination of over a decade of perfecting his craft first under the tutelage of Alain Ducasse, David Bouley, Rocco De Spirito and a grueling apprenticeship at Chef Ferran Adria’s three star Michelin restaurant El Bulli in Rosas Spain. Named by the New Yorker as the ‘Best Restaurant in the World‘ one wonders what new heights Greenspan can span from here?
And the accolades continue to mount. As Executive Chef at Los Angeles’ critically acclaimed Patina, his defining signature was called “imaginative” and “bold”, scoring a 27/30 in the Zagat Guide for Food Quality and achieving number 1# for French Restaurants in the same publication.
At the helm of the celebrity magnet, The Foundry on Melrose, Conde Nast Traveler named it the ‘Best New Restaurant’ in 2007, with Pulitzer Prize-winning food critic Jonathan Gold calling the Foundry one of the ‘Essential 99’.
Eric is currently wearing the top toke at The Roof on Wilshire, located in the luxuriously appointed Hotel Wilshire and for those craving a little cozy comfort, diners are queuing up at Greenspan’s Grilled Cheese on Melrose Avenue.
And for those who do not have Los Angeles on their travel itinerary, here is perhaps your only chance ever! at ñosh I south beach to partake in Greenspan’s signature style presentations that will surely have you coming back for more. Afterall, it is not every day you meet the man that defeated hands down Bar-b-que master Bobby Flay on Iron Chef America.
Call now to reserve a table at the lauded ñosh I south beach , February 21-24, 2013,
