De Rodriguez Cuba, 101 Ocean Dr, MB 33139 TastingMenu, Signature Cocktails by Premier’s Papa Pilar’s Rum, aged 24 years in oak casks. Papa’s Pilar, Dark & Blond Rums, crafted to reflect Hemingway’s passions on both land and sea, with proceeds donated to reef restoration. Also, Art Basil favorite, Miami’s own Miami Club Rum will also be on demand as the au courant spirit of choice.
