Chef Todd Webster

A Florida native, Chef Todd brings more than a decade of experience and passion for food to his role as the Executive Chef at The Front Porch Café. He was trained in classical French Culinary Art Basil Todd Webstercuisine at Le Cordon Bleu in Miramar, Florida where he obtained an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts. While attending school, he worked fulltime at Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink in the Miami Design District. A few years later while he was a Sous Chef under Chef de Cuisine Bradley Herron, he decided to return to Le Cordon Bleu to earn his Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management.

Chef Todd’s vision for The Front Porch Café is to embrace the ideals that he has come to know, respect, and love from his mentors; eating locally and sustainably. The Front Porch Café menu features fresh local seafood, locally farmed fruits and vegetables, as well as responsibly farmed meat. He designed a menu that honors South Florida’s unique flavors while capturing the essence of world cuisine. Chef Todd’s concept affords Front Porch Café patrons the opportunity to sample multiple international culinary delights on a consistently changing menu.

Mixologist Steven Ujvari

The Front Porch Cafe Art BasilSteven Ujvari is originally from Budapest, Hungary. He finished his studies in 2004 in IT. After he started to be interested in hospitality business and took a bartender school back in 2004. Since than cocktail making & creating became his passion. He moved to London, UK in 2006 and worked at several high end restaurants and members clubs. He took a lot of experience through these years. He used to work together with Dick Bradsell the English mixologist who invented the world famous classic cocktail the Espresso Martini in 1983. He moved to Miami beach November 2011 and currently working at the Front Porch Cafe.
